For example, since purchasing 120 Colmore Row in Birmingham, we have worked with leading designers to sympathetically transform it into a state-of-the-art office space. The building is a beautiful Grade 2-listed building with an opulent Victorian façade. Throughout the redevelopment, our goal has been to preserve the building as an important example of Birmingham’s architectural heritage while repurposing it to suit the needs of the city’s local businesses.
